Considering this. It's a Javelin event isn't it? They seem well managed.
I attended a previous one here last month but due to a leaking rocker cover had to stop after an hour as my Puma was in danger of dropping oil along the racing line. GP is a great track as even if there are loads of cars there you get some space around you due to the sheer size of the place, and there's plenty of room for people to get around me - my 1.7 usually being the slowest there along the straights.
My only reason for waiting is there's one on Brands Indy a day or so beforehand which is not only much closer but frankly better suited to the little Ford. Will confirm if I am coming as it's nice to have people to look out for and say hello to.

I am entered too.
If all goes well, I will be there in my Evo 10. I have only done the GP circuit twice (last was a couple of years ago), one of those lasted 3 sessions LOL.
It will be interesting to see how the new full circuit resurfacing holds up if it's wet. It was pretty slippery after they did it, Moto GP was cancelled due to this.
Really looking forward to this event.

Great day at Silverstone today, slippery but great fun. Evo 10 was amazing.
It really was. This morning was a bit of a giggle with traction, by mid afternoon it was decent pace. I was in the white 6, a couple of friends in the Cayman/Boxster, and my Dad in the blue AMV8.

Never came across you on track actually, we must be evenly paced.

Good fun though, with 4WD.
I was able to string a few decent laps together though, in and around the traffic:

Looks like you were having as much fun as I was in those conditions. There's nothing quite like a high powered evo when its slippery. It comes alive in your hands doesn't it.
It really does, although I'm still on AYC so there was plenty of positive lock still. Lol!I did have fun keeping up with (trying) one with twice the power of mine, I'm only ~350BHP!

It just disappeared on the straights.

What camera setup have you got there? Decent view/footage! I did have fun keeping up with (trying) one with twice the power of mine, I'm only ~350BHP!

It's a GoPro Hero 5 Session (the small bullet type one) on a roll cage mount, on my harness bar that goes between the B-pillars.
The camera itself has very good digital stabilisation, makes me look super smooth!

Nice, that was my main reason for asking, the video is very smooth! I keep toying with getting a newer gopro, this might be my excuse lol
