If yes pop over & say hello - red GT4
Hi MarkIf yes pop over & say hello - red GT4
I booked onto this yesterday, will be in a grey MK Indy. Thought I'd left it a bit late with nice weather looming but only 26 had booked so far!
Will see you there.
Cheers
Andy

Considering this.. As a side note how did you find Bedford's noise limits in the gt4 last time?
Bedford was hard work to say the least! 5 noise warnings meant I had to change at 5000rpm, I won’t return in the gt4.Donington today was great, I was really able to stretch the cars legs without any noise issues whatsoever - great evening.

You should of popped over to say hello Andy - enjoy it?
I did wander over when you were parked out back, but must have been bad times, as you weren't about either time. Will catch you next time.It was my first time driving this car and first track day for about 5 years. Good to get back into it and had some fun. Just as I was getting the hang of the car, I got black flagged for exceeding the noise limits. I'm told I hit 100.1 and limit was 98. I did go out again, but never quite got going so well, with short shifting to keep noise low. I'm going to get the exhaust repacked so hopefully next time it won't be a problem.
It's a bit late :-) as I don't come on here much but many thanks to everyone who came down to Donington last Wednesday night.
It was our first evening event there and we had a great collection of cars and drivers.
No red flags either as far as I recall and we ran until 20:20 which was fantastic.
Thanks again Dave ( from Opentrack )
