TVRCC disclaimer

Just received my entry for Cadwell on 6th May.
The pack contains two disclaimers for signature, one from the track which is straightforward enough, and another from TVRCC which is total gobbledegook. Apart from two obvious punctuation errors, can any PH lawyers out there shed any light on what this document means?
