Brands Hatch 18/1 - £100!

Hello all

Just a heads up, Brands via MSVT are offering a whole day on track for just £100 on the 18th of January. Open pitlane, such good value il be taking my Eunos out and a friend is joining me in his new (to him) 182 Cup.

We have a garage booked but if the weather is awful on the day and anyone here is doing the same day let me know and im sure we can squeeze you in as well. Our cars are only small afterall....

Hoping for either dry or properly wet (I have Rainsports!) greasy conditions last time scared the life out of me.....

My friend has just got a 182 so I am sure he would be after any advice! il post my garage number on here so i'm easy to find.

Its only my third go at Brands so any tips greatly appreciated, my MX5 is easy to spot, has a set of moon eyes on the back

I probably won't look on here on the day as I'll be too busy sorting bits out. But i'll look out for a garage with the name Simon on if I'm there early, or a garage with an mx5 and clio 182 in I arrive late.

You and your mate are both welcome to come out with me and/or Graham as passengers in our cars. We've done Brands a fair few times now and on a dry day there's not much which goes past us :P

Great day, think I saw everyone on track - hope everyone had a good day!

I was in the old 32 gtr, tbh I wasn’t expecting it to last long but wasn’t at all pissed off when it ran out of pads causing an early finish... huge thanks to Sam for letting me drive his mx5 (my first time and loved it!!).. even if he was quicker than me!!

Absolutely great day weren't it chaps.

I feel like I didn't stop all day. Was exhausted when I got home!

Shame that clio dropped oil on the first session, but the clean up didn't take too long.

I saw it happen as I was 2 cars behind him, was flashing him and beeping away but he didn't see me and carried on driving around with oil pouring out.

I had a fantastic day, never enjoyed a track day more.

first time out in my new, to me, Eunos and despite boiling the brake fluid and having next to no stopping power by lunchtime, hence an early bath, it was such fun.

Already got the car fixed and looking for the next one to book onto....
