Having just been through the exercise of trying to pull together all the information, I thought I'd share it here.

1. Current outbound ferry booking leaves Dover at 20:15. I'm guessing we need to be there by 19:15.
2. A group will be meeting at the Maidstone Services on the M20 at 18:30 to drive to Dover in convoy.
3. Others are investigating the possibility of an earlier ferry. Perhaps someone can confirm how easy this is to arrange/change.
4. Ferry booking confirmations should be sent to us shortly by Bookatrack via email.

Oh, and it is going to be fab.

Thanks Jeremy.

I suggest everyone also prints off this information as the onus will be on you to find the hotel yourselves:

And if anyone wants to email me offline with their mobile number I'm happy to swap/act as a point of contact.

Just a comment, I, unfortunantely won't be joining you at Folembray, but, on the previous postings on this thread:

Jeremey thinks the ferry leaves Dover at 20:15 (arrive by 19:15), and BookATrack (PetrolTed) thinks the ferry leaves at 19:15

Room for error here!

Pete (trying to be helpful)

Thanks Pete. As far as I'm aware BookATrack have revised the ferry bookings (in an email hopefully everyone received and here) and not their PDF information document.

My email from BaT last week says the ferry leaves at 20:15 on the way out..

that's gonna be the correct info isn't it?

Anyway - if we can we want to be on an earlier ferry, n'est-ce pas?

Appologies, didn't mean to confuse, its just that the 14:27 link posted by (Petrol)Ted says 19:15. So, I thought that I had better point out that some channel swimmers may be a bit confused. Didn't want to spoil the convoy.

Pete (watching nephew Kart racing this weekend instead of going to Folembray).

Thanks Pete. Yes, the ferry crossing times were later than specified in the PDF file.

I'll still be aiming of for Maidstone services at 18:30 and we'll get on the first ferry we can. If we have to hang around a bit then we'll just have to talk about petrol or have a pie or something.
