I think you need to be asking the track day organiser rather than random people on the other side of the world via the Internet.

Doesn't really matter how we Interpret the rules does it? Organiser has the final say!

I doubt that the organisers are concerned with UV damage to your skin, but more with the dangers of having a tonne and a half of car on top of you. Therefore I'm guessing that it's not allowed. However, asking them is the best way forward.
