Cheap wheels safe

Hi,

I want to get some wheels and fit some track specific rubber for the TDs this coming year. I can't find any second hand at the moment in the sizes I need. Would some of the cheap alloys like this be Ok https://www.performancealloys.com/wheel-details.as... ?

Is there a load/stress rating or anything I need to be aware of?
