Hello All, Off to Donnington on Saturday with a Caterham. I thought it'd be fun to take the Cayman out too. Any recommendations on tyre pressures gratefully received...

Stick with standard road pressures as per the manufacturers recommendations cold.

The only thing you will have to also bear in mind is that when you give the tyres some hammer the pressures will rise, so measure them hot & drop them back to standard after a few laps, you may have to do it a couple of times & just keep an eye on them, you will be fine.

Of course at the end of the day don't forget to top them back up to normal pressures.

generally s a good idea to let a car cool for at least 30 minutes after a track session before taking it back on the road so brakes and tyres return to normal operating temperatures. I have found it tricky driving my boxster after a track day when the brakes were still hot.
