Agreed, cracking day but so hot. Lots of melting tyres, my car is particularly filthy. Not seen that many red flags for a while but I thought the driving was pretty good overall and it wasn't that busy either despite the briefing and car park being pretty full.

Cracking day, I was part of the group in Westfields and we all commented on how polite everyone was on track today 👍

T'was a great day, some lovely cars and a relatively quiet track too. All was going well till my power steering took a dump. Three times. Then I discovered a nasty/expensive oil leak from somewhere and I think my diff has taken a one way trip to scrapsville. Oh well, back to frantically trying to sort it before the next one!

Yep, good day out. I suspect the heat meant some drivers didn't do as much mileage as they might have done on a normal day and for sure there was plenty of room on track to play.

Two of our group got stuck in the A1 getting closed on the way back, left the circuit just after 5pm and didn't get home (NE) until gone 4am .

Great day out despite the heat, car did get very hot on two occasions, but nothing broke which is a bonus . big thank you to Steve for the passenger laps and the 3 others for having a nice play while we were out! So so tempted to get a Westfield now!

i reckon so steve, you and your friend in the two caterham types. i would like to have a go in the hayabusa engined one, really having to rag it and ride the revs

You love them really, high revving, sequential gearbox, light weight... bit like your car really ......apart from the light weight bit !
