Im intending to move on from driving day to track days and will need a helmet.

Anyone got any actual shops to recommend for this.

Most I can find on the web for track day style lids rather than bike seem to be mail order and I would like to try it on before I buy to make sure it fits etc.

Grand Prix Racewear and Demon Tweeks are the two big retailers in the UK. You can go to either of them there to try stuff on.

GPR is in West London, and DT is oop North.

BTW, GPR also have a (smallish) showroom at Silverstone if you're nearer there than Lunnon or whatever benighted hole Demon Tweeks are at.

GPR actually now have a very large showroom at Silverstone as its become their new HQ. Very impressive building it is too - about 50 times bigger than the previous outlet there. Just head for the Technology Park & you can't miss it.

Demon Tweeks are near Wrexham - not too far frm Oulton if you happen to be that way.
