Has anyone booked one a drivers dream experience with greatexperiencedays.co.uk?

I'm booked with them at bruntingthorpe in a week or so and wanted to check something with them, but their phone system says that they are "experiencing technical difficulties" and to call back.

All sounds a bit ominous - anyone here in the same boat or know anything about them?

i have had the same problem. for to weeks now it has said to phone bk either on or after the 6th september and now its the 13th it still says it. i recieved a days rallying from my parents for my 21st birthday on the 17th of august its nearly a month further on and i still havent been able to book it.

They have, unfortunately, gone into administration.

I had to pay again for two of us (last Saturday at Bruntingthorpe) although I am likely to get my money back from as I bought the day on a credit card. There are at least 150 people affected by this incidentally.

I found out they were in administration from the company running the day (who never got paid) - greatexperiencedays are (were) an agent who book(ed) back to back with the companies running the days.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

I'm writing a letter at the moment after speaking to the card company. They have said that if I can provide some proof that they have gone into administration then they will refund the money.

I have had the same problems getting through and suspected that they might have gone under. I have an unused Rally day voucher.

Phil, if/when you get proof could you post it here so that I (and others) can persue a refund too. Thanks.
