The 1k service has now been done, the engine is fully run in so it's time to have some fun.

Anyone else going to be there?

If you see a black S2 Exige please come over and have a chat. I will have a PH sticker on my visor.

Lets hope the sun shines.

If I can get some time off work I'll be there, Blue M12 GTO3.

MikeE we met at Bedford earlier in the year I think - I chatted to someone in a Caterham anyway, is/was this your Caterham?

Can I put my name down for a passenger ride in one of the Nobles if you are not in the same session as me. I will be in the intermediates session.

I can't wait.

edited because I would prefer to ride IN not ON a Noble

Going to be there in the recently stripped out Clio v6. Should be interesting to see what the weight savings have done...

This will be my second trackday, went to Bedford a few months back and I'm hooked! Just renewing pads, disks and fluid, so may be burning the midnight oil this weekend to get them done.
I'll be there in a silver Chimeara 450.

See you there!

Just checked the weather forecast. Looks like it is going to be wet.
Never driven around Donington in the wet so does anyone know if there are any specific areas of the track - national circuit- that we need to watch out for standing water/water crossing the track etc?

Raced there in the wet at the start of the season. No specific areas (although I can see the old hairpin being a possible collection point), but the general concensus was that it was damn slippy. New surface may have bedded in now though.

Take care everyone!!!

Edit:- Which weather forecast are you looking at. Just checked BBC and it says for Monday. Wish I was there .

It was awesome . The M400 seemed a bit quicker than the other Nobles, but who knows who was driving? Stuck some crap tyres on the Radical for the last couple of (damp) sessions which was goon-tastic!
