Seat Belt locking clip?

I read an article about a clip that you can put on a standard seat belt that holds it tight for track days, etc. Unfortunately I've forgotten what it was called and web searches have so far been fruitless.

Anyone know what I'm talking about and whether they are worth buying?

I got one, it's pretty good, it does tend to slide off every now and agian though. But on the whole i'd say it's worth buying for those who have normal seat belts.

Took me a while to work out how to fix it to the seat belt
