Great day overall ...
The track was excellent (my first time there after 4 years of trackdays, wish I'd been sooner) and the driving was very courteous all day.
Shame about the frequent stoppages (esp. the wally who put his Elise in the gravel only 20 mins after the track opened, doh!)
Ian.

There were a lot of cars undoubtely. That in it self didn't bother me too much, although it is preferrable to have some space.
The irratting thing was all the stoppages, and most times I ventured out within 10 minutes it would be red flagged. One lap I left the pit lane and it was Red Flagged by the time I got to Paddock Hill Bend!!
Also few pay any attention to the Slow and Fast sessions, and consequently there were some rediculously slow cars out in the fast sessions.
Not sure what the reasons were for all the offs (didn't see many live apart from a black Radical spinning at Druids) Was it just drivers driving beyond their ability, or was the sheer volume of cars and the traffic it generated the problem.
Despite all this the last hour was busy but as usual the best part of the day.

Don't worry, they have been.
Unlike some on these forums who seem only happy to whinge in the hopes that something will stick, many of us who were on the day have been in direct contact with RMA, by both phone and e-mail. We have had replies, some satisfactory, -reluctant to post as case ongoing....
