In fairness there was only one really and he's an organ donor hence the passes comment. Those will be the passes will lots of twistys he has to slow down for...I was more impressed that you managed to out a couple of potential petrolheads
Seriously though - What did you expect? You can't say that you didn't expect a bit of controversy posting on there.

Stop being so sensible. I have to vent. And yes, it was good to find a few more sensible people on there I was more impressed that you managed to out a couple of potential petrolheads

There will always be jealous people of someone doing well for themselves with nice cars. A lot of them do appear to be on EF, I think you should have said you had a pre order on the new Nissan Leaf or something and then they might have answered you sensibly.

I think in reality you have just once more confirmed that any serious car discussion there will either be killed or become a discussion of taking the 16M vs SBB. I remember when EBB posted about buying the Porker and it turned in to a farce.
Good luck with the GTO. Stunning !
Not as bad as when I posted that I had been doing 270 on the German Auobahn and apologised for not doing 300!Good luck with the GTO. Stunning !

May be we should try starting a thread on there similar to the infamous 'glue not poo' one that some of us started a few years back on another forum (about not allowing un-taxed horses on the road)! That was a LOT of fun.
I fear you may need to be more creative in your trolling: the cost of running a horse here appears to be as bad as running a supercar. As such it is probably frowned upon as an ouvert symbol of bourgoise excess. Could I suggest a treatise on "Why fur isn't murder"?

And don't forget the co2 emissions coming from the horse's exhaust. Someone will probably just suggest to use mobility. Could I suggest a treatise on "Why fur isn't murder"?
