Does this board shut when the passes do?

There doesn't seem to be much activity on this board in the winter... Where do you guys go (online) during the cold weather?

Yep it does seem to go quiet over winter.

First major snowfall of the season this morning for us in the valleys, which is strange considering it was sunny and 16 degress last weekend!

Dry in Lausanne after heavy rain but no snow except further up. A bit of sunshine coming out. While we are quite, some are planning an little invasion early July next summer: http://pistonheads.com/news/default.asp?storyId=22...

Many of my most memorable Alpine drives have been in the winter.
Fair enough, the big passes are closed, but many of the smaller passes and roads up/down to ski resorts are stunning in the winter.

Doing some drives of course, and if weather allows ...open-top....lots of nice roads around here, mostly open and well cleared, Austria is near, as is Toggenburg, and Bavaria ;-)
