Oh dear,
does not look good....
Anybody have any more details, do NOT want to gloat, but am interested in the end result.
I am no angel, and like to learn from others mistakes.

Well it looks like Ferrari types have made themselves known by overtaking a double white line. If speed was not involved, the results will probably be a hefty fine and a ban to drive in Switzerland for a certain time.
Hum, I was recently caught at night on the other side of the frontier (south) after having overtaken at a certain speed on a continuous white line a car which had "carabinieri" on the side (didn't notice them) at the entrance of a short tunnel Cost me a 38 Euros fine only After having paid they said "..have a safe trip.." with a little smile

These guys were on the same Chunnel as me last week. I got chatting to them and they said they were going to be playing in the Pyrenees and then going to Monaco. They obviously changed their plans... unfortunately for them.
Overtaking on double whites is of course a tttish thing to do, but if the first car does it, the temptation to follow is pretty irresistible. I guess the lesson to be learned is that if you're leading a pack, don't do anything too stupid, because everyone else will attempt it as well...

The article linked here doesn't show the second picture in the series. It's taken just beyond the junction visible in the background. All cars bar the Porsche are past and back in. The Porsche is pulling level with the truck with a motorbike coming towards him. I suspect that the other cars may get away with the fixed penalty for crossing the double line and ignoring the sign, but the Porsche driver may be in for a dangerous driving charge.
Just to add the link to Ians post...

Certainly does look a bit tight for the Porsche.

That's a pretty long lens that's been used. I reckon the bike is at least 400m away. From the photo there is no way of saying whether the Porsche is on the other side having a look before committing or making the move (he certainly shouldn't be where he is either way - as well as double lines there is a junction). If he was overtaking, a 997 RS in the right gear certainly can get back in sufficient time.
It's a shame people behave like this in Switzerland as it doesn't make the publics' view of sports-car drivers any better. That being said I doubt it would have made the press if it was a normal family car.
