You probably wouldn't have liked it. People kept making loud noises in tunnels (chief, but not only, culprit those in it Italian cars), clouds meant the views of the mountains weren't great and it was really quiet on the roads.

Looks like you guys had a fab day despite the weather. Some great cars there. Brave driver in the Caterham - must have been fresh!

Really hope I can make it to the next one..

I think you do at least two of the British cars (Exige and Caterham) a disservice.

Yes, they were what came to mind when I wrote the "but not only' part of the statement. Those Brits made it seem just so effortless.

Er, no racing on public roads.
The manettino allows some slip angle, I can confirm smile

I'm still smiling smile

Despite the weather, it was a great day for me- some fantastic machinery, great roads (especially when the clouds cleared) lovely people and a HUGE amount of fun!

Completely agree... Fantastic day, very well organised and great people.

Little dissapointing with the weather and some of the beautiful views were lost in the fog, but makes a great excuse to go back and do them again smile

I might well try to do the Stelvio and San Bernidino in the next couple of weeks if anyone is interested?

Big thanks to everyone involved in organising the day.
We had a great time, but unfortunately had to leave after Sustenpass due to other arrangements.

Apologies again to the guys in the white lambo, who we led the wrong way down a 9km tunnel just after leaving Altdorf. Sorry about that!

+1 on all the positive comments. Great route and nice bunch of people. As usual you remember the best bits, the first clear view from the backside of Grimsel and Furka was spectacular and traffic was light! Well done on organisation - look forward to the next one.
