Charity event - La Cote

Hi all, forgve the intrusion and hope this doesn't break any rules.

SWMBO has organised a charity event based on a "British Pub" themed evening.

It's in the marquee in Bursinel on Saturday the 29th May.

For those in the locality, (not many I know) please come along and support if you can.

Have you though about advertising this on EnglishForum? There's definitely a bigger Romandie audience there than on here.

Good idea, although I am not a member there I think it might seem a bit daft joining up just to promote the event.

I wouldn't worry about that. Post a quick introduction to yourself first and the natives are usually ok. I wouldn't play up the car aspect though and if you want to build up a few posts come and play with us in the car section.
