Where to buy tyres, Interlaken area

Typical, just put on my winters on my Audi for the season, and picked up a puncture (unrepairable) straight away.

Anyway, no one in the UK can supply Michelin Pilot Alpin, 245/40/18 97W, and seeing as I am on my way to swissyland does anybody know where I can get some more?

depending on their stocks you migh have to wait to get a replacement.
I do not know about their English, but I think Interlaken is international enough.
