Whats happening to residential property prices in general in Switzerland? Is there much regional variation, like in the UK? Have prices softened a bit over the last year like UK/Spain??

Would also be keen to get your opinion on CHF v Euro v Sterling

Is there much regional variation - Yes, huge

prices softened a bit over the last year like UK/Spain?? - in zurich the prices seem to have been fairly static over the past couple of years

Would also be keen to get your opinion on CHF v Euro v Sterling - I am paid in CHF so well chuffed that the pound is suffering , hoping for £1=1chf then I'll be nipping over to the nearest ferrari dealer to the channel tunnel
