Passes open over winter

I’ve got a few spare days next week in Switzerland (maybe Austria as well) and I know these passes are open:

Maloja Pass
Ofen pass
Bernina Pass
Julier Pass

Any others that I can add to the list?

You've picked 4 passes near me. They're all open but covered in snow (or black ice). You'll need winter tyres and unless you have AWD it would be worth having chains, as they keep being closed for 2WD without chains.

I've done the Julier a couple of times in the last week and on both occasions it's been like an ice rink. I was on the Bernina this morning, at least up the cable car station and it was clear but with slush in places.
