Breakdown cover

Looking for breakdown cover my old Subaru Forester

Ideally something that covers the covers the car and whoever happens to be driving it (ie whichever family member)

Any recommendations or advice ?

www.acs.ch or www.tcs.ch have packages.

I'm with ACS as years ago TCS didn't do the "whole" family package but I'm sure they do now.

ACS is the Swiss governing body for motorsport so I'd rather support them.

the tcs family option only covers Switzerland vs acs covering europe for only 3chf more

If you get your car serviced at a Subaru dealer they might throw it in. We had it until the car reached 10 years. Now I pay < 100 CHF (from memory) to Subaru. They tend to just divert the call to the nearest dealer, but given how many there of these in CH that is hardly a problem.

We've had to use them on a few occasions, though exclusively when one of the delightful little ones switches on an interior light and drains the battery.
