Speak to someone at the ACS as they are the Swiss governing body. I'm sure you can find a contact on their website www.acs.ch.
I don't see why you can't obtain an official "licence" which will give you access to do a spot of racing. However, be prepared to have to undergo the official training course, not unless they accept your current licence as an equivalent. Indeed do check the ACS site.

but my best bet would be to get in contact with the ACS directly.
I browsed some more the ACS site and it may be necessary to send a quick mail (in English will probably be OK) to the central ACS office: acszv@acs
