Arrived today having driven from Basel where we stayed last night.

Heading to Desenzano Del Garda tomorrow for the Mille Miglia but via Bormio / Stelvio.

We're in our S4 Alfa Spider and haven't had to use the hood since leaving Folkestone. Doesn't look like its good here tomorrow though

Anyway, nice to be back in Switzerland & to be driving on the mountain roads

Parked in the hotel garage, hood down. Plenty of antifreeze too

Snowing quite heavily but hotel staff say roads will be fine tomorrow.

Planning on the road to Bormio then to Stelvio. Will these roads be ok I wonder......??????

Looking decidedly chilly at the top of the the Passo Dello Stelvio this AM and a bit of snow has settled as per the webcams...

Not entirely obvious that it is open but they may be in the process of clearing it......

Thanks folks. Left Davos in fairly heavy snow & took the most direct route to Italy.

The Spider behaved really well on the mountain roads & on the Autostrada

In Desenzano know. Nice weather & lots of nice cars. Brescia in the morning for the start of the MM
