I just had a flash back about Garage de Bellevaux in Neuchatel which appears to remain something of an 'independent' Porsche specialist...
When I lived up there circa 6+ years ago, I used them for a service and had an RMS job done and it was good.
There was an older technician there at the time who may have retried by now, but they do still appear to be very much in business and there are some nice pictures of a 2.7 RS Touring restoration on their website. Could be worth a look..
