Anyone care to accompany me on a last visit to the hills? I need to get the Atom out one last time before the winter... Or am I already too late?

Yes, get out and enjoy. Wish I had time to tag along. The weather is superb and holding for 2-3 more days, then winter will descend with a crash

Tomorrow if the weather holds?

Think I might head for the hills this afternoon, too...

Trouble is that one has to wait for the fog to lift before setting off.

Anyone wants to join me, my Swiss mobile is in London (helpfully) so call or txt me on my UK mobile 0044 7710078033

I did go this afternoon...

Definition of motoring heaven:

Clear skies; beautiful sunshine; dry roads; practically no traffic; the Susten practically to myself; the Grimsel ditto; and I was in an Ariel Atom. And it's October, and I was wearing baggies, a T shirt and a shell jacket.

I think I'm going to have to back tomorrow and do some more passes...

Is your Atom on a UK 53 plate Bruce? If so I just walked past it parked up next to my office as I was leaving work.

Yes it is! It's also the only fluorescent orange one there is. I was in town last night.

First one I've ever seen in the wild. It makes a pleasant change to the endless super cars I see around Paradeplatz (not that it's a bad thing, but one does get a little bit desensitized to all the amazing metal on show in Zurich).
