Right, Im sure you are the chaps who will know this info.

As Im now earning the vast majority of my cash outside of the UK and its subject to exchange rate fluctuations for how much I "earn" in the UK cold hard cash...how the hell do you go about sorting mortgages in the UK?

Fixing a value is the least of your problems unfortunately. I recently tried to fix an expat mortgage with disasterous results. It was over complicated by the fact it was a buy-to-let, but still painful.

Birmingham midshires was the only company I could find that would lend to overseas residents.
