Hi all

My Honda S2000 "2003" has developed a clicking sound coming from the rear drivers side wheel area. I happens when accelerating hard from a stand still, when changing dirrection ie from forwards to reverse and also if its in 1st gear when you are quickly on and off the accelerator. Ive taken it to my local honda dealership and they spent an hour scratching their heads. After speaking to the mechanic all he checked was the brakes before trying to charge me for another £75 for another hour diagnostic.
Im thinking it could be a few things:
wheel bearing
suspensuion bushings
drive shaft

Has anyone come across this before and point me in the right direction.

Thanks

I'd try the hub nuts, circa £8 - replace and re-torque, rather than redoing the existing ones - Honda should know this as its a common problem. After these have been done, I'd look at caliper movement, wheel bearings or diff, but problems with these would be very unlikely.
