06 civic suspension

Hi all, This is my first time posting on this forum, I'm usually putting stuff on the TVR pages. My question here is, has anyone replaced the suspension on their latest shape Civic?
I have an 06 plate 2.2 diesel and the ride is horrendous. My Tuscan actually rides better over broken surfaces. The Civic has it's original dampers and springs, I've owned it since new, so no-one has dicked about with it in the past. Any advice gratefully reieved.

They haven't got a great history when it comes to rear suspension.

Thanks for that, I didn' even know that site existed. Looks like I may be suspension shopping soon.
