civic ej8 emissions and idle problem

hi people, im new to this site and this is my 1st post so here goes......

i brought my 1st civic (ej8) knowin it had a few probs and due for its mot soon.engine is a d16y8 with AEM induction 4-2-1 manifold. took it to a garage to get mot n it failed on emissions BIG TIME the problems its got n that i need help with please is it wont idle where it should,keeps jumping between 1k-2k and bringing the emissions down.

ive replaced..

spark plugs, ht leads,dis cap,dis arm,exhaust cat,mid silence exhaust box,cleaned temp sensor and lambda sensor,cleaned iac valve and cleaned all the throttle body and it still wont idle probley nor get emissions low enough. can any one help me please. many thanks dan

Chears fella. This is doin me head in lol. Only had car 2 weeks, the emmisions r readin ova 13 on the test, should b below 0.2!! Bloody car lol
