Hi all I recently put my roof down on my S2000 and a piece of plastic broke away from the drivers side roof latch. The latch now does not lock into place when you have the roof is down so consequently flaps about! I spoke to Honda to see about replacing this but it will cost in the region of a £150 which seems very steep, does any one know of a place I could aquire this part from at a cheaper price or an alternative fix??? Any help will be greatly appreciated!

If you dont already, put some of the GT roof latches on. They are stronger and tend to lessen the road noise at speed or on the motorway.

Have a read of this for reference: http://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=814...

A few of us, me included, did this mod. Think the GT roof latches were about £34 each smile Even for me, it was only a half hour job replacing them.

Good video here of how to do it also: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kk270jaF1zI&fea...
