Pairing Bluetooth with my Honda

Hi folks,

First time on this forum as I chopped in my E46 beemer for a 2006 Accord.

I've got the factory sat nav with voice control, which is great. I've also got factory bluetooth but I can't figure out how to pair my phone with the Bluetooth. It doesn't seem to be in either the main manual or the sat nav manual. Can anyone tell me how to pair up and manage my phone numbers?

I have a CRZ with the Navigation fitted. First bit of advice is to visit www.hondahandsfree.com to check if your phone is compatible. If it is compatible, instructions are on that site.
