accord 2.2icdti knocking noise

Can anyone help please i have an accord 2,2 icdti its a lovely car on a 04 reg. I ve just had the timing chain and oil pump done at the Honda stealers. Now that i have it back i ve noticed it has a loud knock when i rev engine. I ve had it back to them and they say it nothing to do with what they ve doneand say it is the flywheel i ve had the flywheel and clutch changed but its still there. It sounds as if its coming from the exhaust camshaft side at first i thought the cam was worn but i ve stripped the cam cover off and the timing chain cover and everything looks ok any ideas or does anyone know of a common fault it can be.

Could be to much oil in the sump?

checked the oil mate its spot on cheers
