CRX Del Sol (92) Gear Change

My 92 CRX 1.6 VTEC gearchange is getting reluctant to engage gear. Its done 150000 miles so I am thinking the clutch is shot although not slipping at all. The symptoms are that sometimes when I push the clutch when accelerating it's as if I haven't and the car slows while I try and change up and have to force or double clutch to get the next gear. Now normally when a clutch is gone it slips or the travel us very limited but it feels OK?. It is also reluctant to engage gears when approaching junctions e.t.c... Do these cars have weak synchros after this mileage or will a new clutch sort it. I haven't driven another version so don't know if a poor gearchange is normal....I doubt it as everything else is so well engineered.......

So clutch or gearbox?

No-one commenting on what the gear change should be like..... Must go and find another to try...
