Our Track Day Toy

Ex Team Dynamics / Matt Neal car. Apart from the Visor sticker www.bromoco.co.uk we have kept the car looking exactly as it was on the day Team Dynamics won the Championship. (Even if it has got Halfords all over it.

The handling is superb as we run it on full slicks. This is an amazing car. We use it for promotional work and let clients drive it....scarey at times.
We are hoping to run a competition in Auto Express. The Top three prizes will be to drive it round Brands.

Anyone fancy a go ?
Do you think its a good prize to put up?

So it is user friendly we run it with a standard 6 speed gearbox.

Did you buy it as a rolling shell?

What engine is in it? Standard K20A? Hope you run a baffled sump as K20's suffer really bad oil cavitation with slicks/semi slicks

I am not a tech but the car is run for us by a Motorsports Company. Its done about 8 track days and never missed a beat. However it did blow the seal on the oil filter going through Dingle Dell at Brands Hatch.....lots of smoke and a little grass fire. Looks like it had a mickey mouse copy oil filter fitted by the previous owner. New one fitted by the mechanics...new oil and normal service was resumed. It runs like a dream...I know its got the stainless steel team Dynamics exhaust that sounds great in the car...but quite tame from outside.

You need to go on http://www.itr-dc5.com/forum/index.php I am sure quite a few people on there will have lots of tales and history on the car. I know my Radio MD player came out of one of the two team Halfords cars when they were imported from Japan.
