Hi all,
My civic is in need of some new tyres, a garage has recomended a tyre called Lassa Tyres, he told me that they were a company bought out by Bridgestone and that they were a good tyre, has anyone heard of them or used them? they cost £92 each compared to the £117 I've been quoted for Bridgestones.
Any help would be great
Thanks
Shaun

Never heard of 'lassa' not sure I'd bother with them.

If your after a cheaper alternative to the bridgestone it might be worth looking at Toyo, Falken or Hankook as these seam to be getting good reviews.

as above Camskill offer a good range at competitive prices

Its coming up to summer and lots of nice dry, hot weather, stick with the pots smile

Btw, pulled this off the lassa website

"Get to know Lassa

Lassa was established in 1974 by the Sabanci Group, one of Turkey’s leading industrial conglomerates. In 1988 it significantly increased its capacity and product range by becoming joint venture partners with the Bridgestone Corporation. This partnership forms the award-winning Brisa Corporation. Have a look at the corporate web sites www.sabanci.com and www.bridgestone.com. The Lassa brand is backed by enormous resource and investment – facilitating the production of a high-quality range of excellent products.

The capacity to deliver

The integrated plant in Kentsa,Turkey covers over two million square metres. It includes a specific tyre reproduction facility which is in excess of three hundred thousand square metres. It is one of the world’s largest tyre factories and has a dedicated research and development centre.

Quality without compromise and Great coverage

Brisa is dedicated to the production of top-quality Lassa tyres. Brisa supply Lassa tyres to over 50 countries worldwide through an impressive distributor network. Through distributors who are specially selected for their location, logistics and experience."

I also recommend the Falken 452's, brilliant for the money, far superior to my previous parada spec 2's! I got some from camskill for 60 quid a corner!
