1.8 vti 1999 would a straight though d-cat have more back pressure or a resonator in the middle as a centre box ? is back pressure good or bad for any torque or power gains ?
from what I understand it is a myth (according to redline's article on exhausts)that you need back pressure.the 'cat' is the most restictive part of the system.by removing this,you will get less back pressure,more POWER.hope this helps.
