plz help with leak

Hi all, I was washing my 07 civic type r on sat and after i had finished i noticed that my driver seat belt was wet, it was the bit that is actually inside the casing it seemed as if water had got in and got the roll inside the panel, i was just wondering if there was a seal somewhere that is lose.
Any help would be great as my warranty runs out on April
