Accord 2.2 cdti Turbo whistle

Anyone happen to know if the Accord 2.2 cdti suffers from Turbo problems at all. Have checked oil which is ok, but getting an increasingly load turbo 'whistle' could it be the turbo bearings.
The mileage is 78k Any advice appreciated.
