A couple of questions ?

1) Did you fit the thrust bearing ?.

2) The clutch plate not sure of the name that connects to the gearbox behind the thrust bearing is working and fitting properly.

3) The new clutch plate, cover and most important thrust bearing is the same size as what it replaced ?

4) Have you got any pressure when you pump the clutch ?.

5) Does the clutch slave cylinder move when you pump, or hold down the clutch pedal ?

When you say the clutch pedal travels all the way to the roof, do you mean the clutch pedal is now considerable higer than the brake pedal ?..

Wouldn't of thought this sounds like an air lock, more like the pedal has come loose of the master cylinder, or the cylinder has seized keeping the pedal in the air.

Does the floorwell show any signs of brake fluid on the carpet ?.

Did you drain the clutch slave cylinder on removal or just un-bolted it ?

Have you tried removing the clutch slave cylinder filling the res just to pump fluid through.

Fill the clutch res and fit a mole grip on the rubber pipe near the slave cylinder. If you still can't get pressure then i would assume the master cylinder rubbers need changing or the cylinder needs an overhaul or replacing.

You need to be more specific and supply answers to the questions previously asked.

What have you tried so far ?
