Hi mate, if you're looking to bring in a freshly imported Honda the only name you need is Andy at http://www.200bhpcars.com/new/

Register on the DC5 owners site and read 200bhp's testimonials http://www.itr-dc5.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=16&am...

Trust me, you won't get a better service. He's the daddy for any Type R related imports.

EDIT: spelling

My DC5 was imported through him but by the previous owner, not me.

When i bought my car off the last chap who owned it, he gave me a ring binder full of the car's history from both here and Japan (FSH, auction sheets, original service book etc). In that folder i found that he'd kept every bit of initial correspondance between himself and 200bhpCars (emails, owners forum PM's etc) and it's clear that Andy goes to a lot of effort to provide the best service/info that he can and to find the highest quality cars possible within the buyers price range.

My cars previous owner wanted a mint condition, low mileage Integra and that's exactly what Andy supplied. It's still in A1 condition today, you'd never guess it was a 2001 model.

Sorry, i'm rambling a bit here... hehe

I would have to question why you would want to import a DC5 now? With the exchange rates up the duff. You may / will find it easier and cheaper to buy one that's already here. At least if you buy a car local you can look at it yourself.

Unless its rare / limited / highly spec'd then IMO it's not worth it at this point in time.
