Ep3 ctr JDM or not

Hi All just about to buy a ctr ep3 2004 the car has built in genuine honda satnav the guy says its a jdm civic which means it has more power how do i tell if he is talking rubbish or not

p.s ive called honda u.k and they dont reconise the reg

Does it have these specs?

Recaro Corporation make bucket seat (front)
Leather 3 spoke steering wheel by MOMO
Red floor mat & door lining
U.K. Emblem (rear)
HID headlight (high / low beam)
Privacy glass (rear quarter / tail gate)
Torque response type helical LSD

The JDM engine has an uprated engine containing JDM springs, valves, pistons
etc plus it does indeed have a smaller cat.
Different gear ratios and mapping in the Japanese car, along with a
different intake and exhaust manifolds as well.

Also, the JDM car has a different wiring loom , so many electrical bits,
like the HID lights, won't just 'plug in' to a UK CTR.

The JDM is also group 20 insurance in the UK.

Oh and they're usually white, although I have seen a red one.
