what oil grade for integra ?

I have a 98 spec tegi which comes with S80 4.7FD gearbox as standard.
The car has done 82k & was thinking of changing the gearbox oil to maintain it. not sure what grade of oil to use. some saying EP80/90 gear oil or MTF. would anyone know what is the correct or best oil which can be used for this vehicle. plus should i use lucas stabiliser with it for max protection ?
