Only advice I can give you on this one is to avoid anything cheap! There cheap for a reason.
Spend the extra money and buy a Buddy Club manifold (and system). One if not the best on the market.
Have a few customers with these fitted and all are very happy with good figures to back this up.

It really depends on what power delivery you are after. The 421 manifold provides better low, mid range power. The 4-1 provides better top end gains. Theres also the more expensive stepped tri Y header design which will give the best of both worlds.
I highly recommend the JDM integra type R 4-1 manifold or something by TODA. Both have shown very good gains. Follow the advice shown above as the cheap ebay manifolds are almost certainly good for nothing.
