Just got a new set of boots for the motor (EP3 CTR). £96.50p a corner. 205/45/R17 Bridgestone Potenzas Reo40's. Now i looked every where and the cheapest i could get them even just delivered was £112.80. So obviously i am well chuffed. Can anyone beat that price? I would be interested to know as Ashford Honda ask £158.60+ Vat per tyre! Nearly laid a fecking egg.....

could not agree more as to the new boots. Transformed the car now its got cold. No wheel spinning for me when i pull away now!

I spun them up a lot before the change, in fact i hit the limiter in 4th when accelerating to join the motorway, tyres just lost traction and we are not talking about huge amounts of torque. Very very pleased!

Well i had about 1mm of legal tread on the fronts and about 2ish on the backs so was a little skittish in the wet to say the least !

But yeah now its very hard to get the tyres scrabbling when they have a little warmth in em
