Hi all quick one

What to get a performance exhaust system cat back for my atr now im not after one of these chav exhausts with a bore of 3 ft just something that sounds nice and improves power

No point unless you also do the intake, manifold, and CAT - otherwise you'll only get a few horses, and a different tone.

If Skunk have designed and inlet manifold for the ATR, then unless it's just a coincidence that it was shared with another engine, they're also likely to have an exhaust system, but probably only CAT-back.
Again, unless you have/also address the air intake, changing the complete exhaust system will be of only so much use, other than a different note.
There's a couple of noted custom exhaust fabricators here in the UK, whom you could spend similar money with, as you would importing something from Japan or the US.

Speaking with H&S, they've done a number of Accords, and if I'm right, your manifold is a two-piece, and they said the 2-1 section was only worth changing, as the upper is actually very good.
All in, you're looking about £800 (+VAT) inc. decat

mongoose is the one recommended highly for the atr looks mint not chavy, sounds really nice also not chavy. bad part costs alot

vtecdirect and solid fabrications both provide manifolds and exhausts for the ATR, gaining both power and noise.
