Recently acquired an 03 plate Accord Tourer Executive 2.0 petrol with HID dipped beam lights. They are curently next to useless. Looking at the beam pattern on my garage door it looks to be casting a U shape pattern rather than the more usual flat on the right with the up kick on the left (right hand drive car).

Would I be right in thinking that maybe they are set for driving on the left? If so anyone got any guidance on how this is changed. (No handbook at present)

Any other suggestions?

If you bought the Tourer, then it'd be an '04MY, but I don't believe the 2.0 ever had HID, which are auto-levelling with the sensors located on the rear suspension linkage.
That said, if they were an option went for by the buyer or the dealer at the time of ordering, then there's a hole above each headlight for access with a star-head screwdriver, which will adjust them.
Shouldn't have moved if they were adjusted for its last MOT, and if you've just bought it from a dealer, then you should get them to address the problem.

Problem solved after discovering two mistakes. Mine was thinking they were HIDs. Their not. The other one was whoever fitted the bulbs managed to do so upside down. Ooops.

Now have excellent dipped and main beamcool.
