Where to get Adjustable Coilovers for Civic 1.8 VTi-S 5door

hi, just bought a civic VTI-s 5 door, and i need to lower the car,
any ideas what is the best thing to use and buy ?

what is the best value for money, i have been on ebay and could not find any , i prefer coilovers than lowering springs

any advice?
