'04 Accord Auto Judder

Morning People, wondered if you could help me (well, my Father actually). '04/'05 (can't remember what year as it's always had his private plate on it), 2.4i auto saloon.

Whether hot or cold, tootling along, as soon it it hits approx 1500rpm / 30 mph, it really starts to judder until you give it a little more throttle to get through that phase and then it stops. Sometimes its just a slight judder, sometimes it's a full blown shake fest.

It's certainly not driven hard.

Any ideas?
